Our commitment

Pizza Panorama respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.

1. Information we collect

To take and fulfil your order we may collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order history, and any notes you add. If you create an account we also keep your login details. We collect basic device and usage information to run and improve the site.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, run loyalty and rewards, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send you marketing messages.

3. Payment information

Card payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

4. When we share information

We share your information only as needed to serve you: with the store or brand fulfilling your order, with delivery couriers, and with service providers who help us run the platform (such as payment, messaging, and hosting providers). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Marketing and your consent (CASL)

We send marketing emails or texts only where we have your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. Order confirmations and other service messages are not marketing and are sent as part of fulfilling your order.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how the site is used.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years, because Canadian tax rules require us to.

If you have not ordered or signed in for 24 months, we remove your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses and date of birth. The past orders remain for those tax records, but they are no longer connected to you. Delivery addresses are removed from past orders after 24 months as well.

If you still have a wallet balance, store credit, unused points, an unredeemed reward or an active subscription, we keep your account so that you do not lose them.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent to marketing, at any time. Contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their province without a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date.
